Warranty Policy

At Panergy, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. That's why all our products come with a 1-year limited warranty.

Warranty Coverage
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period of one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Period
The warranty period for our products is 1 year from the date of purchase. During this period, Panergy USA will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no additional charge.

 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage due to abuse, misuse, or neglect.
Damage resulting from accidents, fire, liquids, chemicals, other substances, flooding, vibrations, excessive heat, improper ventilation, power surges, excess or incorrect supply or input voltage, radiation, electrostatic discharges including lightning, other external forces and impacts.

Products that have been modified, altered, tampered with or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service center of Panergy USA.

Cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic.
Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust, stain, age etc.

Damage caused during transportation or handling.

 

How to Claim the Warranty

To make a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team at support@panergyusa.com with details of the issue you're experiencing. Please provide a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Without this proof, the product will not be eligible for warranty service.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the product to our service center. In the case of a valid warranty claim, Panergy USA will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

Limitation of Liability

Panergy USA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse of the product or arising out of any breach of this warranty.

We appreciate your trust in Panergy USA products, and we promise to provide you with high-quality products and professional customer services.
Note: This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Warranty only valid for products purchased in the United States. Any products purchased outside of the United States are not covered under this warranty. Continued use of the product after expiration of the warranty period will be considered as acceptance of the product's condition and voids any further claims under this warranty. In no event shall Panergy USA's liability exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the defective product.
